I Have A Confession!

Tuesday 2 February 2010

Hey Ladies,

My confession? I am the worst Aussie Angel ever!!

My apologies to Aussie for not mentioning them & my Angel status since it began, I was always too busy to write about it & didn't have enough notice to attend one of their get togethers with the type of job i had. Thankfully I lost my job so was able to attend one!! ... well kind of! (more at a later date)

Anyway I wanted to mention my favorite Aussie product, mainly because i just used it in the shower. It is the classic 3 minute miracle, smells amazing, really cheap & makes the hair so soft & manageable.

I have used the original one since i was a teenager as it was so affordable & I haven't really changed my deep conditioner with the addition of money to my life so now it seems extra cheap and also Aussie are on offer pretty much most of the time in either Boots or Superdrug in the UK so extra barginlicious! I have recently been using the frizz remedy & reconstructor versions as Aussie very kindly sent me them after I couldn't make it to the treasure hunt. Which don't assume is why I'm reviewing it, i literally have just started using the ones they sent me as i already had some as i always do for when my hair needs a boost of softness.

What I love this product isn't just the fact that it makes my hair incredibly soft, I used to use a Fudge deep conditioner which was about £12 & did the same job as the Aussie one except you get less about 100mls & it costs more! The aussie one is about £4.50 for 250ml. I love the packaging which is so easy to use in the shower & when you're nearing the end of the bottle there's no smacking it on your palm to the top to get it all out as its dispensed at the bottom, plus it makes your hair smell divine & washes out so easily so there's no residue! I may stray away at times with new deep conditioners but i always return to this. I haven't tried that many other Aussie products I have to admit i'd like to try their leave in conditioner & hair sprays which will be on my list when my current products run out.

Are you a cheap hair care fan or go for luxury? Or have tried any of the Aussie products, I doubt many of you haven't tried the 3 minute miracle, my mum only discovered it a couple of years ago, i actually laughed in her face that she hadn't tried it before!!

Hope you're all well, my life's a bit mental & stressful at the moment but i'm off to Spain to see my dog in 2 weeks with my boyfriend & boy do we need the break! but I'm staying positive & getting through it without too many tears!

See you soon.

  1. I love 3 Minute Miracle too! Aussie also sent me the package because I couldn't attend the treasure hunt - but it's true, I'd have happily purchased all the products anyway because I love 'em! xox

  2. I love this too but I use the version for frizzy hair and it's the only thing I've used that has actually left my hair frizz less after I've washed and dried it. Plus, it's really good value as I use mine once every two weeks and it's lasted me more than a year.
