REVIEW: Belif First Aid Anti-Hangover Soothing Mask

Tuesday 30 April 2013

Hey Ladies,

More skincare today and this time it comes from Belif; a Korean based brand who use Napiers the Herbalists original formulas and combine them with modern cosmetic science.

Belif First Aid Anti-Hangover Soothing Mask*

'A sleeping mask with a natto-like texture that provides intensive nourishment and restores skin vitality overnight. With Napiers anti-aging formula, this mask regenerates dull and exhausted skin and improves its elasticity while helping restore firmness.'
Now I am not one for hangovers in fact I barely drink so I was at a loss as to when this would be useful to me in my skincare routine but I took the soothing part and figured I could use it when my skin is a bit stressed and sore.

After a hectic trip to London a few weeks ago I gave it a go and all I can say is WOW! It is seriously cooling, if you are heading on holiday this would be amazing for after a day in the sun, it will soothe any redness and replenish any dryness overnight or even on a flight as your skin tends to become very dehydrated from all the recycled air.

On my regular none sun exposed face the mask leaves my skin feeling soothed, less itchy and angry and incredibly soft making it a very welcome addition to my skincare routine and one I recommend for people with sensitive or stressed out skin.

Price wise it is £13.75 for 50mls which is great value for such an effective product, Belif is available exclusively from the Napiers website. I have a few products from the range and I placed an order for one of the moisturisers after using a sample (review coming soon) I paid nothing for delivery and it was delivered the next day via courier so I was very impressed with the service.

What are your favourite products for relieving stressed out skin??

  3. Oh this looks good - I've been using Embryolisse Hydra-masque for hangovers (and generally dehydrated skin) but must have a nosey at this :)

  4. You'll also enjoy the fact that the cream is very lightweight to wear, and it's guaranteed not to clog your pores.
