REVIEW: Remington Smooth and Silky Epilator

Tuesday 15 October 2013

Hey Ladies,
You know how they say no pain no gain? well I choose no gain, I am the biggest wimp in the world when it comes to pain so the idea of an epilator was one I ran from until the lovely ladies at Remington sent me an amazing pamper package with one of these bad boys in it.
Remington Smooth & Silky 4-in-1 Epilator *
It's strange but I never share any of my 'daily essentials' on my blog so thought I might start here. Initially I used the shaving facility of the epilator too afraid to use it to its potential but after a quick experiment on my boyfriends chest whilst checking the winces on his face I decided it was time.

I am so glad I took the plunge, although in general i'm not a very hairy person but this puts 4 weeks between hair removal on my legs and to a very lazy person like myself this is like the sound of angels, lights shining down from heaven type deal and do you know what ... It doesn't really hurt that much; over a couple of areas it's a bit more sensitive than others but overall its a walk in the park and you never have to face cuts and rashes that you can with the razor, the fact you can use it on extremely short hair means you don't have to wait to grow your hair (yukkie) before removing so it is a method of hair removal you're likely to keep up with.

It is currently half price directly from Remington (Link) for £44.99 down from £89.99 so pretty much a bargain for something that offers all forms of hair removal/trimming you would ever need!
Have you ever tried an epilator or are a wimp like my former self?
