Thoughts: I know this is expensive but the mixture of Amino acids, low-molecular hyaluronic acid, ceremides and proteins in short equate to my new favourite hydrating serum, one that I have used night and day since I received it. I would describe this lotion as an essence rather than a serum, it's incredibly light and fantastic to layer underneath other products. Long term use has shown increase in elasticity, wrinkle reduction, reduced inflammation and it increases the skin's ability to resist infection.
The brand originates in Japan and sold in cosmetologist offices, the ethos is to develop high technology cosmeceutical products that are scientifically proven to provide immediate and visible effects to the skin. This was recommended to me for use after my CO2 laser sessions, it is designed to use in conjunction with treatments that cause trauma to the skin in order to stimulate collagen production. Forlle’d developed a pure form of Ceremide lll to help form and repair the skin barrier which is crucial after a treatment that compromises it. This is the first product I apply after the treatment and it is a vital part of my recovery, the laser creates micro-channels in your skin, this potentially leaves it open to infection so the rapid rebuilding of the skin barrier which the refining lotion encourages is crucial.
