Thoughts:
As the months get colder and the heating gets turned on you
may notice your skin feeling tighter and dull which is due to dehydration, yes you can increase your water intake and you probably should but a hydrating mask will give you immediate comfort and relief. You know I love a good mask and this collaboration between @skincity and @paulaschoice didn't disappoint, if you have dehydrated skin this is exactly what you need for plump fresh skin.

It functions as both a wash off and leave on mask and I use it for both depending on the rest of my routine, it has a very unique texture for a hydrating mask because it isn't a thick whipped cream like you might expect; it is a light serum which just sinks into your skin giving you the maximum absorbency possible.

Ingredients wise this mask contains glycerine and shea butter two of the best hydrators, oddly this doesn't contain hyaluronic acid which is unusual for a hydrating product these days, it is also packed with peptides for skin health, and both arctic cloudberry and reishi mushrooms to soothe and reduce redness. It does contain some silicone, so if you are using as a wash off mask make sure you do rinse properly as silicones can hinder the absorbency of products layered on top, this is why it works so well as an overnight mask as it forms this incredible hydrating barrier on the skin.

I think this is great value for money as you get a good amount for the price and most important quality of the product is top notch. This is a wonderful addition to your winter routine to ensure you look fabulous at seasonal events or sat in your PJ's like me.
