Thoughts:

Any facial I have had in the last few years has ended with an LED session and I always loved what it did for my skin, I purchased a cheap one and would use it sporadically but not consistently for a couple of reasons: 1. It had to be plugged in during use which is an inconvenience and 2. It was solid plastic so really heavy & uncomfortable to use. As with any skincare product or device consistency is key to seeing results, i have used the CurrentBody mask daily since I received it, it is a chargeable device so you can walk around with it on and it’s lightweight so really comfortable too. 

The device combines Red Light (633nm) which stimulates the production of new collagen, calms redness and creates an even skin tone and near Infra-Red Light (830nm) which boosts circulation, improves bloody flow & boosts oxygen to the skins cells. LEDs emit photons which are absorbed by cells, which are then photo activated. In this state the cells function more efficiently so if a cell is damaged it repairs itself, if the cell is designed to produce collagen and elastin again it will be more efficient in production.

I have noticed a big improvement in the overall clarity & texture of my skin over the 3 months as well as my skin healing quicker after breakouts. The immediate difference you notice is the glow, it’s almost addictive & I have to stop myself from living with it on constantly, although there isn’t any evidence you can overdo it it is advised to use 3 to 5 times a week.
